  • Coyote “5.0” Fender Badge Insert – 2021+ Ford F-150

    Tools Recommended:

    • Trim removal tool (plastic pry tool)

    • Razor blade or flush cutters

    • Clean microfiber towel

    • Isopropyl alcohol (optional for prep)

    Step 1 – Remove OEM Fender Vent

    Carefully remove the factory fender vent from the truck.

    Tip: We’ve found it’s much easier to release the clips from inside the fender well rather than prying strictly from the exterior. Use a trim tool to avoid scratching paint.

    Step 2 – Remove the Factory Badge

    Flip the vent over.
    On the back side, you will see five (5) plastic weld points holding the OEM badge in place.

    Carefully cut or shave down these plastic welds using a razor blade or flush cutters.
    Once removed, the factory badge will separate from the vent.

    Step 3 – Prepare Surface

    Remove any remaining plastic or residue so the mounting surface is smooth and clean.

    For best adhesion, wipe the surface lightly with isopropyl alcohol and allow it to dry.

    Step 4 – Install Your New Badge

    Peel off the protective backing from the pre-applied automotive-grade double-sided tape.

    Align the new Coyote Badge Shop insert into the vent opening and press firmly into place.

    Apply steady pressure for 20–30 seconds to ensure full adhesion.

    Step 5 – Reinstall Fender Vent

    Reinstall the completed fender vent back onto your truck.

    Press firmly until all clips are fully seated.

    Done!

    Your upgraded OEM-fit Coyote badge is now installed.
